Vote by Mail. You can vote early from the convenience of your own home by requesting an absentee ballot from the Scott County Auditor. For instructions on absentee voting and a link to download the absentee request form, click here.

Submit a Letter to the Editor to the Quad City Times. In your own words, explain why you believe Frank is the best choice to lead our city, share your thoughts on why it’s time for new leadership or recount an experience where Frank made a positive impact on your life. You can submit your letter to the Times by emailing it to opinions@qctimes.com Letter max is 250 words and should include your full name, address and phone number.
